Chief of Staff to County Supervisor Joel Anderson. Left to work at SDG&E as Municipal Infrastructure Advisor. Returned to Anderson's office. The same utility whose monopoly Anderson voted to protect (3-2 SDCP vote) employed his chief of staff between stints. The revolving door is not a metaphor.
