This is the EARLIER spring 2018 pro-JW portion, separate from the late-cycle $223,749 anti-Stephan TV buys 5/23 + 5/29 (R3 connection 203051). Combined CA J&PS PAC 2018 SD-DA total = at least $625,749. Source: inewsource 5/7/2018.

Real Justice PAC (federal FEC C00632554, Cari Tuna-funded) spent $32,000+ on voter outreach supporting Geneviéve Jones-Wright in 2018 SD County DA primary as of 5/7/2018. This is separate from the $30,000 wire to SAN DIEGO WORKS! (state-IE vehicle) on 2018-05-11 (R5 ev 26887, connection 203178). Combined Real Justice PAC documented 2018 SD-DA spend = at least $62,000 ($32K federal voter outreach + $30K state SDW wire). Real Justice PAC operated as the FEDERAL parallel-vehicle to Soros-funded state-side CA J&PS PAC.
San Diegans Against Crime Sponsored by the San Diego County Deputy District Attorney's Association PAC $4,960

Combined with the SDDDAA $227K pro-Stephan IE spend and the $10K F497 6/4 IE, SDDDAA's total 2018 IE across both pro-Stephan and anti-JW = ~$242K, making it the dominant pro-Stephan IE vehicle.
MOORES, JENNIFER $450
Same Moores 6/1/2018 eReleases News Release was tagged as OPPOSING Genevieve Jones-Wright — counterpart connection to C17 (the same FPPC individual IE was bidirectional: supporting Stephan AND opposing JW). Connection_type=other to capture oppositional IE (no "opposition" enum value).
Bernal Alto LLC
Bernal Alto LLC (phone-bank vendor) deployed phone canvassing as direct in-kind to the Jones-Wright candidate committee during 4/27-5/4/2018 in parallel with the IE-recipient drops to ACCE, SEIU Local 221, and SAN DIEGO WORKS! Per RJ-PAC F460 filing 2279673, RJ-PAC paid Bernal Alto $6,240 in June 2018 as the settle-up for that wave. Coordination signal: same vendor, same days, both candidate committee and three "independent" IE committees. See evidence 26925 + 26929.
Toskr Inc.
Toskr Inc. (peer-to-peer text canvassing vendor) deployed SMS/phone outreach as direct in-kind to the Jones-Wright for District Attorney 2018 candidate committee (CA filer 1397543, county-filed) during 4/27, 4/30, and 5/4/2018 — three $15K-$30K drops per RJ-PAC F460 filing 2259455. RJ-PAC paid the vendor and reported the IE benefit accruing directly to the candidate committee in parallel with three IE-recipient committees (ACCE, SEIU 221, SDW). The simultaneous in-kind to the candidate-controlled committee on the same dates and via the same vendor as the IE-recipient drops is the per-se coordination signal under FPPC § 18225.7 (an IE cannot be coordinated with the candidate). See evidence 26925 + 26929.
Jones-Wright for District Attorney 2018
Geneviéve Jones-Wright was the candidate of and controlled the Jones-Wright for District Attorney 2018 candidate committee. As of 5/7/2018 the committee had raised approximately $205,000 (about half of what Soros-funded CA J&PS PAC had spent supporting her) with $114,000 cash on hand as of 4/21/2018. Total candidate-committee fundraising was 42% of Summer Stephan's $485,000 raised; IE side reversed the asymmetry — Soros-funded vehicles outspent pro-Stephan IE vehicles ~3:1.
